The Management team at Rezcom continues to grow a successful partnership with CVGT to assist our teams recruit from programs including both disadvantaged persons and Indigenous job seekers within our local communities. Rezcom Cleaning & CVGT have a social procurement objective to sustain and actively encourage, consider and deliver on employing referred candidates from our Disability Employment Services & Disability Management Services programs. The Management team at Rezcom continues to assist our teams recruit from programs including both disadvantaged persons and Indigenous job seekers within our local communities. Rezcom have successfully employed persons who have come from disadvantaged backgrounds or are returning to work while managing their illnesses or a disability. They may do this by providing flexibility where candidates may commence working part time while participating in the employment mentoring program through a combination of work and training. The new employee is supported in the workplace to pace themselves perhaps returning to work in a part-time capacity often with a goal to grow into full-time employment.”
